These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GarageCalculator.app (the "Service"), operated by Arkay Garage Builders ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
GarageCalculator.app provides garage builders and contractors with a web-based estimating tool. The Service includes a customer-facing calculator, lead management dashboard, quote builder, and related features.
You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate displayed at sign-up. You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial months.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice to the email address on your account.

The pricing estimates generated by the Service are budgetary approximations only. They are based on typical material and labour rates and do not account for site-specific conditions, permit requirements, travel distance, or current market pricing. Final project costs may differ materially from any estimate produced by the Service.
We make no warranty that estimates produced by the Service are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific project.
You own the customer data (leads) collected through your calculator. We process this data on your behalf to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for obtaining any consents required under applicable law before collecting customer personal information through the Service.
The Service, including its design, software, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or make changes to the Service at any time without notice.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine you have violated these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
